The optimal set of software, both freeware and licensed, is instrumental in finding the most efficient solutions to any specific goals of Hostmaster's core activity. In addition, in-house software is used to address the most peculiar issues.

The uninterrupted operation of hardware and software equipment of the .UA domain is achieved by the following means:

• backup equipment, systems, and subsystems are in place;
• the effective strategy of "emergency" backup and recovery of data is implemented;
• own PI block of IP addresses and ASN 29067 are used;
• we apply anycast DNS technology, which is the basic one for domain name systems in the EU countries;
• virtual private database technology is employed;
• distributed database technology is used;
• the system of office administration and flow of documents is strictly regulated;
• contractors and suppliers are carefully selected;
• we participate in specialized conferences and other specialized events in the spheres of Internet technologies, intellectual property, information legislation, etc.
