Hostmaster Limited Liability Company was established in 2001 by leading Ukrainian specialists working in the sphere of Internet technologies - administrators of the .UA top level domain and *.UA second level public domains. All founders have equal share participation in the Charter capital of the enterprise.

Hostmaster Ltd. is a specialized enterprise focused on a single line of business - administration and technical support of the .UA domain and public domains within it.

Company Mission:

• Provide support to the .UA domain, acting in strict conformity with Ukrainian law and technical requirements to a ccTLD administrator established by the corresponding RFCs and IANA/ICANN recommendations.

Main Objectives:

• secure an uninterrupted and high-quality operation of the .UA domain and its sub-domains;
• ensure that legal and technical principles of delegating and operating domain names are transparent and clear to users;
• ensure that end users receive domain names quickly and easily by developing a two-level model (administrator - registrar - registrant) of providing services by a .UA ccTLD administrator;
• legalize rights and obligations of a .UA ccTLD administrator, registrar, and user-registrant;
• bring the procedure for providing domain administration services in line with current law of Ukraine;
• create a mechanism for enforcing rights of Internet users - registrants of domain names in the .UA domain;
• prevent cybersquatting in the .UA domain;
• provide a financial base to ensure a stable and high-quality operation of the .UA domain and a proper quality of services provided by a .UA ccTLD administrator;
• keep hardware and software of the .UA domain services in line with the current requirements of the .UA Domain Policy.
